Sassafras Primary School is nestled in the hills of the Dandenong Ranges just 40km east of Melbourne's CBD. It is located at the northern end of Sassafras village at 399 Mt Dandenong Tourist Rd, and is only a short walk from Sassafras Pre-School. A supervised crossing gives students safe access from the main carpark opposite the school.
