Scarborough Toy Library caters for up to 90 families with membership open to families with children aged from 0 to 6 years. The fee is $85.00 for 12 months. As we are a volunteer-run organisation, all members are required to help us as part of the membership. All members (or nominated family member or friend) are required to complete the following in one year.
- Two volunteer shifts (2 hours on a Saturday morning)
- One stocktake shift (2 hours - choice of day or evening shifts)
- Attend the AGM (one hour in the evening)
We also offer a low-commitment membership. Members can nominate to opt out of the above volunteer requirements (except the AGM- it remains compulsory). The membership fee for 12 months is $180 plus a $10 joining fee.
