Huge 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭 to our brilliant sponsors Paton Livestock Equipment. The winner of the feeder yesterday at our Field Days was . . . . . . . . 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐄 from Charam, Victoria - he said that he has attended every Field Day that Loddon Valley has had, with one exception when he was unwell. An amazing effort and a well deserved winner - 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝!

What a fantastic day celebrating the 𝟒𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 of the 𝐋𝐨𝐝𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐲. 👏

A huge thank you to all our 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬. It was wonderful to officially welcome 𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐤 & 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 to Serpentine in 2026, and have Kamarooka Park back at the Recreation Reserve. It was great the quality of sheep on display.

👥The crowd attendance was pleasing, with strong discussion and genuine positivity surrounding current wool, lamb and mutton markets. There was a real sense of confidence flowing throughout the grounds — a welcome and well-deserved lift for the industry.

Congratulations to the winners and place getters of both the Pen of 3 Ram and Ewe Lamb competitions, on a great display of quality stock.
