Big things happening on the farm!

Our cool room is officially up and running and we’re pretty excited about it! From paddock to plate - we’re all set to take the next step in our farming journey. It’s been a lot of hard work, but seeing it all come together makes it so worth it 🚜🥩

We'll be taking orders in the coming months - watch this space!

After 13 months of raising our babies, the first herd of heifers were sold and sent off to greener pastures. It was an incredible and satisfying feeling, though also a little sad to see them go. We realised that it wasn't feasible or fair to keep all the girls on the farm over the coming winter, so we hand-picked some gorgeous ladies to become our breeding herd. We look forward to calf babies on The Station in the very near future.

New hay and equipment shed up, plus a holding yard to complete the set up. The girls approve, and it looks like we now have ourselves a new sundowner drinking area 'The Cattle Yard Hotel'!

Amazing new boundary fences - front paddock, all the way to the back, via Surveyor’s Point. Also managed to create an interesting 4x4 track 😬

Yards and crush have been installed, cattle have been jabbed and drenched and on their way to a healthy summer. Thanks to the team from Tocal Agricultural College, Paterson for their help and expertise.
