🧸🌳 Picnic in the Park! 🌳🧸

Join us on Monday June 8th from 9:00–10:30am at Chap Chappa Park, South Johnstone for a special outdoor playgroup session.

Bring along a teddy bear (or another favourite cuddly friend), enjoy a teddy bear picnic, explore the new playground equipment, and connect with other local families.

We can’t wait to see you there for a morning of fun, friendship, and outdoor play! ☀️🛝🧺

Reminder: This Monday June 1st playgroup is cancelled as we prepare for our exciting Cent Sale on June 6th. All welcome 10:00am-2:00pm

What a wonderful morning at Playgroup today with our excited and curious minds exploring opposites! From big and small to rough and smooth, there was so much fun and learning happening through play.

The warm and cold water sensory activity was definitely a hit on this beautiful sunny day! ☀️ We also enjoyed sharing some wonderful stories together and watching the children’s enthusiasm and energy shine throughout the morning.

📌 Reminder: Playgroup will not run next Monday. We will return on Monday 8th June.

Our playgroup families are warmly invited to join us at the Cane Cutter Cluster Under 8s Morning this Thursday 28th May at Mundoo State School from 9:00am–11:00am.

Families are also invited to attend our 110 Year Celebration and Cent Sale on Saturday 6th June between 10:00am–2:00pm. We would love to see you there!

Funds raised help support the small schools in our cluster area to participate in sporting events and opportunities for our students. 💙

Camp memories to last a lifetime! 🌟

What an incredible time we had together — full of laughter, fun, friendship, and moments we’ll never forget. These are the kinds of memories that stay with us for years to come.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes and are on call on camp 24/7 to make events like this possible. Your dedication, energy, and care never go unnoticed, and we truly couldn’t do it without our incredible team. 💙

Sunny days and exciting new adventures at Chap Chappa Park! ☀️🌳

While half of our school is away on camp, the fun certainly hasn’t stopped back at school! Mrs Christensen and Miss Grant took the students over to test out the wonderful new playground equipment — and it was an absolute hit! 😄

A big thank you to the Cassowary Coast Council for this fantastic upgrade to our community space. Our students definitely give it a big thumbs up! 👍 Cassowary Coast Regional Council

Mungalli yr 3-6 Camp! 🌿✨
Day one was packed with fun-filled activities, laughter, teamwork, and plenty of adventure. Students have already created wonderful memories while exploring the beautiful surroundings and taking part in exciting challenges with their friends.
We are so proud of the positive attitude, enthusiasm, and teamwork shown by everyone throughout the day. We can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings! 😊
