Learn to Swim classes will still be on but there will be NO public swimming in the Indoor pool, due to some additional work being required on the steel beams.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

After many years, and having built the Centre, it is rapidly approaching retirement time for Paul, Lyn, Greg & Rickie.
The Centre has been sold with final settlement due in about 4-5weeks!
The new business owner will have three separate businesses operating out of the Centre.

We know that our current tenants Sports and Spinal are staying and expanding their business and Sam Riley Swim School is taking over the Learn to Swim tenancy.

The Gym tenancy is currently under negotiation, but we have no news for current gym members regarding memberships etc. Everything continues as is at present. As soon as we are aware of upcoming changes, we will be making information available, hopefully within the next 2 weeks.

The new owner has advised that the outdoor pools will be remaining closed and not reopening.

All current staff are remaining, although there may be some changes in roles.

We understand that there are many questions that you may have, and we may not currently have the answers, but we will keep you updated as everything progresses and information becomes available to us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR LEARN TO SWIM FAMILIES.

After 26 years (plus) at Waterworx Aquatic and Fitness Centre the current business owners Paul, Lyn, Greg & Rickie will conclude their time here as they have sold the business.
Sam Riley Swim School will be commencing operations here in early October.
Sam Riley Swim Schools looks forward to welcoming existing families and is committed to ensuring a smooth transition. Their Swim Manager, Lori, has commenced on site this week working with the current learn to swim instructors and reception staff, please say hello to her when you see her on pool deck.

There are many changes happening and we will keep all our customers updated as information becomes available to us.

NOTICE TO PUBLIC & CLIENTS

Our outdoor pool is closed to everyone, gym members included, for maintenance until further notice is provided.

A reminder that our indoor heated pools will also be closed from Monday 10th August until 5.30am on Monday 17th August for maintenance.

We thank you for patience whilst this maintenance takes place.

With cooler weather approaching we would just like to remind our Learn to Swim families that swim caps for lessons will also keep them warmer in the pool and beanies for their heads and remember warm clothes & shoes for after their lessons.
These simple measures will help keep your child / children well over the winter period. 🥶👕👖🧦👟🧢

AUTUMN 2026 REMINDER:
ALL our pools are currently open to the public and close 15 minutes prior to the Centre closing time, to allow patrons to be off the premises by closing time.

The Centre opens at 5.30am Monday to Friday, closing at 8pm Monday to Thursday & 7pm on Friday. Saturday hours are 7am - 1pm & 8am - 12md on Sunday's.

Our indoor pool is CLOSED every afternoon from 3.15pm to 6.30pm and Saturday morning 7am to 11.30am for our Learn to Swim classes.

The outdoor pools are open but are NOT heated.

Our kiosk opens Monday to Friday from 3.00pm until 5.30pm, Saturdays from 7am until 12md and Sundays from 9am until 11am for hot food. Drinks and snack items are available at any time.

ALL patrons entering the Centre for public access, not Learn to Swim classes, must pay a pool entry fee and are responsible for monitoring and actively supervising their children at all times whilst in the Centre.

Smoking, Va**ng & E- ci******es are not permitted within the Centre or within 5 metres of the Centre's perimeter.

Glass bottles, including water bottles are not permitted for safety reasons.
