Throughout the September-October school holidays, our Stawell Library team has been hiding pre-loved library books around Cato Lake for kids and families to discover. Find a book, take a little time to read it, then re-hide it for the next reader to find.

It’s a simple way to share stories, explore the outdoors and spread a little reading joy, especially over the holidays.

Keep your eyes peeled - you never know where a story might be waiting!

We are once again gearing up to host bestselling authors in Stawell and St Arnaud!

Visiting authors include master of gripping crime and psychological thrillers Michael Robotham, Australian-born, Dublin-based bestselling novelist Monica McInerney, and one of Australia’s bestselling non-fiction writers, Peter FitzSimons.

We will be running free return buses between Stawell and St Arnaud for the events with Michael and Monica (and potentially Peter's event if we have enough interest).

We encourage you book your spot for the author talks and the bus ASAP so you don't miss out.
You can either send us a message via Facebook or call Stawell branch on (03) 5358 1274 or St Arnaud branch on (03) 5495 2188.

You can read more about the authors' visits online, here: https://ow.ly/2LPM50ZNC1A

We hope you can make it!
