The below information has been posted on the Stuart Mill page that the community uses to keep each other informed.
They believe the information is too important to keep to themselves so they are making it available to the wider community. Please read it and be aware that if we cant find a solution the outcome will not be exactly what we want.
The below information has been posted by the Stuart Mill Water Supply inc.
Stuart Mill Water Supply Inc. has received an email from Parks Victoria stating that Upper Teddington Reservoir is to be decommissioned.
S.M.W.S.Inc. has desparately tried to avoid this. e.g. emails to the Minister for Water, the Minister for Environment and the Secretary of DEECA. All to no avail.
This public asset will be gone if decommissioning occurs.
Please feel free to comment, share or contact your MP's, other authorities, etc. to seek support to save Upper Teddington Reservoir.
