Lotterywest Each week Lotterywest gives Western Australians a chance to dream through playing a range of lottery games.

Lotterywest has been supporting the WA community since 1933, and is the only State-owned and operated Lottery in Australia where all available profits go straight back to the community through Lotterywest grants. These include Saturday Lotto, Millionaire Medley, OZ Lotto, Powerball, Set for Life, Super66, Cash 3 and a great range of Scratch’n’Win tickets. It’s thanks to Western Australian players

who purchase these games that Lotterywest is able to raise funds to support thousands of community groups across the State. You must be 16 years or older to buy a ticket, claim a prize in all Lotterywest games or enter any Lotterywest competitions. WA filmmaker Tom de Souza has been named the first recipient of Screenwest’s new West Coast Visions Documentary initiative, with his debut feature documentary The Long Road Home, set to enter production later this year.

Proudly supported by Lotterywest via Screenwest, the new initiative offers up to $500,000 in production funding to help WA filmmaking teams bring a debut feature-length documentary to life.

The Long Road Home follows Tom de Souza’s own story, tracing a multi-year journey through Indonesia after a period of addiction and teenage crime. What begins as a search for transformation on the road ultimately becomes a more personal story about identity, reflection and returning home to Western Australia.

Your Lotto ticket is helping deliver a safe place to call home for older Western Australians who have experienced homelessness 💙

Currently under construction in East Perth, a new social housing and aged care precinct is being delivered by St Bart's, with support from a $4.5 million Lotterywest grant towards internal and external communal spaces.

When complete, the development will include an 80-bed residential aged care facility, providing specialised care, accommodation and support for older Western Australians who have experienced homelessness and hardship.
