🌟 **Volunteer Spotlight: Julie Bruynius** 🌟

Today, we’re shining a light on the wonderful contribution of **Julie Bruynius**! 💛

Julie volunteers as our **Policy Review Coordinator** and also supports the **Disaster Management Program** at Volunteering Sunshine Coast. 🌿🤝

Having lived on the Sunshine Coast for 25 years, Julie is passionate about continuing to contribute to her community by sharing the skills and experience she has developed throughout her working life. 🙌

Julie’s previous roles included working in **disaster preparedness with Sunshine Coast Council and Moreton Bay Council**, bringing valuable knowledge and experience to her volunteer work. 🚨🏡 Another field Julie has considerable experience and expertise is in community engagement.

She is a Dolly Parton fan and one of her favourite songs is 9 to 5!

Suncare Community Services - Meals on Wheels are looking for a rewarding way to give back to your community? Join the friendly team at Meals on Wheels Maroochydore and help prepare nutritious meals for local people who rely on this valuable service. 💙

👩‍🍳 Kitchen Volunteer Duties Include:
✅ Food preparation
✅ Food packaging
✅ Sandwich making 🥪
✅ Dishwashing 🍽️
✅ Cleaning 🧽
✅ General kitchen assistance

What you’ll be doing:

🧹 General cleaning and keeping the shop looking its best
📚 Keeping areas such as books, clothing and other sections neat and tidy
☕ Serving tea and coffee
