🌿🔥 Our students recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Thrive Outdoors Program!

The activities fuel people of all ages to connect with each other and the natural world. Firekeepers

Through hands-on activities, cultural learning, and time spent connecting with nature, students gained valuable knowledge about traditional land management practices, teamwork, and caring for Country. The program encouraged curiosity, resilience, and a deeper appreciation of the environment and Indigenous perspectives.

We are grateful to the Thrive Outdoors team and facilitators for providing such an engaging and meaningful experience. Our students represented the school with enthusiasm, respect, and a willingness to learn.

We look forward to continuing to build connections with the outdoors and learning from the rich knowledge shared through this program.

What a fantastic day celebrating Walk Safely to School Day! A big thank you to our students, families and staff who participated and made the effort to walk to school. It was wonderful to see our school community staying active, building healthy habits and practising safe road behaviours together.

On Friday the 15th of May, we proudly celebrated our incredible Education Support Staff at Ardeer South Primary School. 💙

Our ES staff play such a pivotal role in our school community, supporting students each and every day with kindness, patience, dedication and care. They consistently go above and beyond, always giving 100% to ensure every student feels supported, valued and encouraged to succeed.

To show our appreciation, we celebrated with a special morning tea followed by an afternoon assembly where students presented our Education Support Staff with heartfelt cards filled with gratitude and kind words. It was a beautiful way to recognise the amazing impact they have across our school.

Thank you to all of our wonderful Education Support Staff for everything you do for our students, staff and community. Ardeer South Primary School is a better place because of you! 🌟

🌱☀️ A beautiful sunny Friday at Ardeer South Primary School!

Thanks to the council’s generous donation of seedlings from Ceres, our amazing Grade 4/5 students got their hands dirty planting in the cube garden boxes 🌿

These little plants are just the beginning—students will now watch, nurture and track their growth over time 🌼

A great way to learn, connect with nature, and take pride in something they’ve grown themselves 💚

🐰🌸 Happy Easter from Ardeer South Primary School! 🌸🐰

Last week we celebrated one of our favourite annual traditions – our special “A Hunt”! 🐣✨

Students worked within their grades to search around the school, finding 15 hidden “A’s”, each holding a letter of the alphabet. The challenge? To piece the letters together and solve the mystery phrase!

A fun-filled day of teamwork, problem-solving and Easter excitement. Wishing our wonderful community a joyful and safe holiday break! 💛
