Our new health club has an opening date!

Mark your calendars for Thursday the 7th of September.

We cannot wait to introduce you to the new space and some of our brand new equipment.

Our current gym will be closed from 12pm Tuesday 5th and all day Wednesday the 6th of September to allow our team to move equipment into the new space.

Meet Tayla!

Tayla is one of our new Reformer Pilates Instructors, get to know Tayla below.

"I started Reformer Pilates classes when I first moved to Swan Hill 2.5 years ago. I loved it so much that I decided to get qualified to become an instructor! I am mum to my 9 month old little girl, who joins me teaching in my child friendly classes. I'm pregnant with my second baby due in January, so you can absolutely bring your pregnant belly along to classes too! Reformer Pilates is for all, and I am so excited to be joining the team!"
