The MUGS Social Club's mission is to create a relaxed and entertaining space for people to connect, socialize, and have fun! The name "Misfits, Underachievers, Gossipers & Shenanigans" suggests a lighthearted and playful approach, welcoming individuals from all walks of life to come together, share experiences, and build friendships. The regular meetings, BBQs, live music, and meat raffles aim to foster a sense of community and belonging among its members.

The MUGS Social Club will meet the last Sunday of the Month for a Meeting, BBQ Lunch & run an afternoon Raffle, Live Music will be provided by the Swansea Workers Club, middle of the month excursions will be organised for Members such as Festivals, Racedays, Wine Tours etc. An information board will be available in the Club for updates of coming Events & a section to put your name down if interested in that event.

A shelf with Nomination Forms & a Nomination Box will be installed for Members to nominate other Members for Misfits, Underachievers, Gossipers & Shenanigans Awards. The Members with the most nominations in multiple categories will be in the running for MUGS of the Year Award. The committee will vote for each catergory Awards & MUGS of the year Award with the winners being announced on Presentation Night.
