NESA People Solutions was created on the back of its unique people-centric offering.

One that covers bespoke training and capability development, working across government, business and the not-for-profit sector. NESAPS acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the traditional owners of the land throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, waters and sea. We pay our respects to their culture and to their Elders past, present and future.

Building Capacity Training For The RSAS Team In Maningrida

Between the 21st and the 23rd of September 2021, NESA People Solutions delivered a tailored Building Capacity program for the Bawinanga Aboriginal Corporation’s Remote School Attendance Strategy (RSAS) team in Maningrida. NESAPS visited Woorabinda to facilitate the YAMHFA workshop. Feedback from the workshop was that the trainers were deadly and lots of information was gained.

In the Youth AMHFA course, participants learn how to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait young people who may be experiencing a mental health problem or a mental health crisis until appropriate mental health support is received or the crisis resolves, using a practical, evidence based Action Plan.
