The Agency’s Chief Clinical Adviser (Medicine), Dr Amandeep Hansra spoke to Guardian Australia recently about the role and other digital tools play in accelerating the diagnostic process and empowering her patients to manage their health more proactively.

“Knowledge is power,” Dr Hansra said. “Having access to information about your own healthcare helps you be more proactive about it, helps you be more involved and, ultimately, feel more in control.”
