It has been a while and working hard helping as many people as we can. The great news that has come through is that those who have Medibank and ahm Insurance will have greater ability claim on counselling services. As of today counselling benefits have now been included on most Medibank and ahm products across their Resident, Corporate and Overseas product range.

If you are with Medibank or ahm and require counselling services then there is even more reason to reach out and seek assistance, especially if your policy covers you.

Clarity Counsellors is a recognised provider with both Medibank and ahm and we are happy to assist you as best as we can.

You need to take the initiative when you notice that you're mental health is on the decline. Don't be afraid to talk to a professional if you need to as it's much easier on you to face a growing concern than one that has been bottled up to the point it is overwhelming. Place as much value in your mental well-being as you do with your physical well-being as they are both linked.

Remember to stay safe in these strange times that we are experiencing. If you or someone you love is having a hard time managing we are offering discounted rates for new clients to help with finances. Instead of $120 a session we are dropping the price down to $80 for the first three sessions. Our office doors are still open if you prefer face-to-face counselling otherwise we are able to have Skype or phone sessions. This will last while COVID-19 continues to isolate everyone.
