Support Worker Opportunity – Redfern, NSW
Alight Ability is seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to assist a participant in Redfern and the surrounding area.
💰 High pay rate
📄 TFN employment or ABN contractor arrangement available
🚗 Community access and driving involved
🧠 Mental health experience required
4hrs 2-3 days per week with more ongoing opportunities.
The ideal applicant will:
* Have excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
* Live in Redfern or nearby
* Be confident driving and providing community access
* Be reliable, professional and participant-focused
* Hold current NDIS compliance documents
Required compliance:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* First Aid and CPR
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* Infection Control training
* Relevant experience or qualifications
* Valid driver’s licence
