At Euroa Care, we are dedicated to carefully understanding your requirements and creating customized solutions. With a lived experience to trying to source quality care and support for their daughter, the family were faced with multiple providers who didn't meet their expectations. This motivated them to launch Euroa Care, determined to do things differently. Euroa Care is a boutique care provider

in South West Sydney that has big dreams. Our passion for providing quality care, means that we provide our customers with nothing but the highest quality staff, that strive to meet your dreams and goals.

Another great cooking day at Breakaway! On the menu: spaghetti and meatballs, and homemade sausage rolls 🍝🌭

Jordan and Matthew started the day making their own omelettes, cracking eggs, whisking, and cooking mostly independently. From there it was straight into prep, washing, peeling and slicing veggies with great knife skills. Matthew got the meatballs and tomato sauce going on the stovetop, while Jordan took full charge of the sausage rolls from start to finish, rolling and cutting them like a pro.

In the afternoon the boys kept the momentum going, braising chicken with lentils and chickpeas and whipping up mashed potato to go with it, plus getting stuck into cleaning, organising, and taking out the rubbish. Two very proud cooks by the end of the day! 😎

Great day out for Michael! 🌊 He picked the plan, Westfield Bondi followed by a walk along Bondi Beach, and made the most of every minute. Michael said it was an amazing day, and honestly, so did we 💙💚

Yesterday's cooking program put skills and goals front and centre! Kaylee and Sarah worked together to make a high protein frittata and homemade baked falafels with salad, practising knife skills, food safety and stovetop cooking along the way. Sarah gave the stovetop a go and cooked up chicken and mushrooms, while Kaylee focused on her cutting skills and getting more confident in the kitchen, all steps towards her goal of one day cooking a meal for her family. Kaylee also enjoyed her regular makeup practice with Kayla during the day. The girls wrapped up by planning next week's menu together, choosing a honey soy garlic chicken noodle salad to make. Great job team! 🍳🥗

Last weekend, Natalie had a great day out! She showed off her scoring skills on the basketball court, took a relaxing walk, went to Eastern Creek Quarter, and finished up with some favourite games and lunch at i-Play. Such a fun mix of activity, fun and independence. Great work, Natalie! 🏀🛍️

Thursday's cooking program was all about Asian flavours! 🥢🍜

Michael, Steve and Jordan got involved in preparing Mongolian beef udon noodles, teriyaki chicken stir-fry and oven-baked spring rolls. From chopping and cooking to filling and rolling spring rolls, everyone had a chance to get involved and practise their cooking and life skills.

We only managed to get a few photos this time because we got a little too busy cooking! 😂📸 Next Thursday, we’re firing up the BBQ! 🔥

This week he pretty much ran the whole thing himself with barely any prompting, which honestly said everything. Now, the eggs? Perfect. The cooking? Spot on. The cheese and BBQ sauce?
