🥢✨What a lovely time we had at our Alpha Omega Yum Cha Lunch Event on 30 July 2026! 🥢✨

It was a wonderful day filled with delicious food, great conversations, fun games and lots of laughter. Our clients had the chance to relax, enjoy a delicious Yum Cha lunch and spend quality time connecting with friends and each other. 💕🥟

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so enjoyable and memorable. Events like this are a wonderful opportunity to bring our community together, build connections and create happy memories.

National Emergency Alert Test – Monday 27 July

On Monday 27 July, the Australian Government is testing a new emergency alert system called AusAlert.

Most mobile phones will receive a test alert. Your phone may vibrate and make a loud siren sound for about 10 seconds, then display a test message.

When:

NSW, ACT, QLD, TAS, VIC – 2:00 pm
SA, NT – 1:30 pm
WA – 12:00 pm
This is just a test — you don't need to do anything. If you think the sound or message might upset you or someone you support, you can turn your phone off or switch to airplane mode beforehand.

Alpha Omega was delighted to host our Hello Winter Social Event for the Assyrian and Arabic community at Marconi Club on 02 July 2026. ❄️💙

Our clients enjoyed a delicious lunch together, shared many laughs, and celebrated the birthdays of our July birthday clients in a warm and joyful atmosphere. 🎉🎂

It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to connect, strengthen friendships, and create happy memories together. Seeing our clients enjoying each other’s company and feeling a sense of belonging is what makes these events so special.

NAIDOC Week is an opportunity for all Australians to learn about and honour the world's oldest continuing cultures, while recognising the strength, resilience, and valuable contributions of First Nations peoples to our communities.

As a multicultural care provider, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds are respected, valued, and supported. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work and pay our respects to Elders past and present. We also extend our respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in our communities.

🌸🏮 **A Beautiful Day at the Chinese Garden!** 🏮🌸

On **25 March 2026**, our Alpha Omega clients enjoyed a wonderful day exploring the beautiful Chinese Garden. Surrounded by peaceful landscapes, colourful flowers, tranquil ponds, and traditional Chinese architecture, everyone had the opportunity to relax, take in the stunning scenery, and create lasting memories together.

The day became even more special as our clients gathered to enjoy a delicious Chinese banquet for lunch, sharing great food, laughter, and meaningful conversations.

At Alpha Omega, we believe that every outing is an opportunity to build friendships, stay connected, and experience the joy of community. Seeing our clients smile, connect with one another, and enjoy new experiences is what makes these moments so rewarding.

🎉 Every month is a reason to celebrate at Alpha Omega Aged Care!

Our monthly social outings bring clients together to celebrate birthdays, cultural festivals and special events with delicious food, arts and crafts, educational talks and plenty of laughter.

We're excited to share some special memories from our clients' visit to the Fish Market in April 2026! 😊

From exploring the incredible selection of fresh fish and seafood to enjoying the lively waterfront atmosphere, it was a day filled with laughter, great conversations, and happy moments. The fresh sea breeze and vibrant surroundings made the outing even more enjoyable.
