🥶 Winter Donation Update 🧣

The temperatures have really dropped, and with these cold nights, we can’t help but think about the people in our community who are sleeping rough. Every warm item donated can make a real difference.

Right now, we are desperately in need of:

🧥 Men’s warm winter coats
👖 Men’s jeans and warm trousers
👖 Tracksuit pants
🧤 Gloves

💙 Hoodies are always needed too!

If you have any of these items in good, clean condition that you’re no longer using, we’d be so grateful for your support. Your donation could help someone stay a little warmer this winter.

Every Saturday, we head into the Sydney CBD to support people doing it tough.

Our volunteers distribute essential items including clothing, blankets, sleeping bags, hygiene products, and other necessities to those experiencing homelessness and hardship.

But it’s about more than just providing essentials. It’s about showing compassion, building connections, and reminding people that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Whether you’re donating, volunteering, or simply following our journey, you’re helping us make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Last Saturday night after packing our tubs & trolleys with as many goodies as we could fit in, Home2Street was back out at Martin Place supporting those doing it tough, handing out much needed items including sleeping bags, blankets, clothing, shoes, toiletries and sanitary hygiene products among other essentials. .
It was an extremely busy night, and we were grateful to meet so many appreciative patrons who reminded us why this work matters so much. Every conversation and smile means the world to our team.
A big thank you to all who helped on the night — we truly couldn’t do it without all our wonderful helpers!

Homelessness is more than what you see on the streets. In 2025, over 2,100 people were counted sleeping rough in NSW — and those numbers keep rising. Many more are in insecure housing, couch surfing or in crisis accommodation.
Sharing this to remind us that everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
