Equal Ground PTY LTD is a company founded by Linda Budd and Rebecca Osei-Agyeman. The company was created with the aim of working with people, the communities where they live, government and private sector, together and from the ground up to ensure everyone, from every walk of life has a chance to live life on equal ground. Our social justice expertise lie in the fields of child protection, domest

ic violence, Aboriginal communities, and young people. Equal Ground PTY LTD focuses on developing researched based studies and projects to restore equal ground to people groups and communities in need. Our work endeavours to showcase the best practice methods that create and deliver programs that restore well-being, open dialogue, bring justice, and engage communities to reduce inequality.
