Alliance Française Sydney The Alliance Française de Sydney is an independent, not-for-profit, language and cultural organisation promoting Franco-Australian exchange since 1895.

The Alliance Française de Sydney was established in 1899, with the ambitious mission to spread the French Language and Culture beyond the borders of France. Our teaching staff is made up of qualified and experienced native French tutors, and the courses that we offer cover the four core areas of language development Speaking | Reading | Writing | Listening

ch, ranging from complete beginner courses to advanced courses, following the common European Framework of Reference for Languages. We are also an accredited educational institution, offering internationally recognised teaching diplomas and qualifications, issued by the French Ministry of Education. Adult Courses
We offer a wide range of adult courses, designed to suit each individuals’ needs and availabilities. Or if you are looking for something more specific, we also offer tailored and specialised courses. Our general courses are for the everyday-learner looking to improve their French. These courses have three learning modes:
