CASUAL POSITION AVAILABLE: Logistics Driver/Delivery/Site Labour

Seeking a someone to join our team based in Revesby. Reporting directly to the Logistics Coordinator, you will be involved with driving our tipper truck between the warehouse to our multiple sites around Sydney and various suppliers.

Duties include:
Delivery of materials and equipment to site personnel
Reporting on warehouse and equipment
Working closely with the Logistics Co-ordinator to ensure site and warehouse requirements are met as efficiently as possible
Site labour when needed

Hours are anywhere from 6am to 5pm.

Essential Requirements
A car license is required with the ability to drive a manual vehicle, our tipper truck is 4.5tonne GVM and only requires a car license to drive
A construction induction card (white card) will be required for this role.
English Proficiency
Australian Citizen

Desirable
Forklift License
Scaffold license
First Aid Certificate

We are seeking an experienced Tradesperson to assist our existing supervisory and production team complete our projects to our well-established quality standards, remedial building and waterproofing experience would definitely be an asset. There is scope for progression within our company through experience and training.

Reporting to the Site Foreman and Project Manager this role will be the hands or our company interacting with likeminded crew and working across Sydney on a variety of sites and a cross section of projects – private, commercial, multi-storey residential, schools and government agencies.
Your previous experience and knowledge of remedial building works will be appreciated and put to great use.

This position will have responsibility for:
• Completing trade based remedial building repairs
• Liaising closely with Site and Project Manager
• Completing task in line with project allowances
• Work with, and direct other site staff where required
• Problem solving technical issues
• Distribute the tasks amongst the various trades
• Maintaining site diaries and general record keeping

To be successful in this role you will have:
• Experience in the building industry
• Experience in the remedial building and waterproofing industry
• Have your own tools
• Highly Motivated, resourceful & pro active
• Able to work in a busy team and autonomously
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have OH&S White Card
• A Drivers Licence
• Own Vehicle required
• A Proven ability to work unsupervised
