🚨Introducing Henley Community Garden Winter Gin 🚨

We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the first run of Henley Community Garden Gin has sold, and the team at Henley Hens were equally surprised when we shared the proceeds with them. 🌿

With such a pleasantly surprising result, we have teamed up for a second batch! 😁

Our Distiller Cal has once again carefully selected the botanicals from the Henley Gardens and we can now present Henley Gin Batch 2 - Henley Community Garden Winter Gin 🍸

When tasted side-by-side with batch 1, there are some notable and interesting differences for the collectors: Batch 1 was infused with botanicals picked in late summer, while this new batch draws on pickings from mid-winter ❄️

The result is a softer, smoother aroma, with spicy, earthy notes of native mint bush and bay leaf, with some of the citrus and lemon balm evident in batch 1 replaced with the gentler flavours of Lisbon lemon peel and first-growth Shiso leaf tips 🍋
