In honour of Skills Week 🌟

We are taking a moment to celebrate the success of a local business we assisted earlier in the year, St Mary’s Rugby League Club. 🏈

The team at St Mary’s came to us for help as they struggled to find the perfect candidates for their open roles. We suggested an innovative approach that incorporated pre-employment training into the hiring process!

The result was ten job ready employees who had the skills and training they needed to get stuck into their new role and hit the ground running.

Meet Corian Francais - our incredible trainer with over 20 years of experience in teaching Leadership, Client Engagement, Facility Services Management and Public Speaking. 🌟

His passion for training is infectious, and this is reflected in his work! Corian trains and coaches a broad range of learners, including disadvantaged and disengaged youth, people with disabilities, and those on their journey to employment.

We're lucky to have him on our team! 🙌

Our work with Nanyabura started in 2021, with Skillset training for a group of employees, and now they've completed a CPP30321 Certificate III in Cleaning Operations-. 🥳
