Community Support Available Tomorrow 🤍

Our Elanora Heights community is grieving following the tragic loss of a much-loved young member of our community.

At times like this, it is important that everyone knows support is available and you do not have to navigate grief alone.

Tomorrow, qualified Lifeline counsellors will be available outside the Elanora Pharmacy for anyone in our community who would like to talk, seek support, or simply have someone there to listen.

Lifeline will be there for the below periods of time:

* 8:30-10:30am then 2:30 - 4:30pm *

This support is available to young people, parents, friends and members of the wider community who have been affected by this heartbreaking loss.

Please reach out if you need support, and please check in on those around you who may be struggling.

Our thoughts remain with the family, friends and everyone affected by this terrible tragedy.

Ruth

My heart goes out to the family and loved ones of the young woman who tragically lost her life in Elanora Heights.

This is an incredibly sad and difficult time for our community.

Please look after one another. Check in on your friends, family, neighbours and colleagues, and don’t underestimate the impact that a tragic event can have on us.

If recent events have affected you, or you’re feeling distressed, overwhelmed or simply not yourself, please reach out for support.

Lifeline is always there — 13 11 14, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also text 0477 13 11 14 or access online chat.
