Lifeline are having their Book Fair at the Warriewood Community Centre - soooo many wonderful books to choose from or just spend time browsing … open all weekend Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli

And across the road (Boondah that is) Council’s start to Youth Week’s Feel good Frequency … check out local Youth related services and then the bands playing until 8pm tonight ….

The thoughts and best wishes of the whole Northern Beaches community are with the man who we understand remains in a critical condition in hospital following the terrible incident at North Steyne yesterday.

Many are still grieving the loss of Mercury Psillakis and we are all shocked this can have happened again so soon on our beaches.

A huge thank you to the first responders at the scene, to our lifeguards, and to the incredible local community and board riders who rushed without hesitation to provide assistance.

All beaches across the Northern Beaches area will remain closed today (Tuesday) and tomorrow (Wednesday) and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
