My name is Kerry Swan, and I am the Principal of The Dynamic Group and I have been self employed as a management consultant for more than thirteen years, with core skills in:
• Project development and project management
• Grant writing, tender development and resourcing strategies
• Adult education and facilitation
Established in 1999, The Dynamic Group specialises in organisational, people and
project development. Using a flexible project management approach, The Dynamic Group employs a number of people to support four stand alone entities, namely:
• Dynamic Training and Facilitation – specialising in management training and strategic project facilitation, particularly in the areas of project management, governance and grant development. Face to face delivery is supported by an online learning resource shop.
• Dynamic Grants – an online educational resource, database, training, support and mentoring for people searching for government grants, philanthropic money and other sources of funding.
• Dynamic Training Supplies – an online resource shop for professional trainers and facilitators.
• Dynamic Project Delivery – strategic project research, development and consulting to deliver project based outcomes. With a strong focus on regional, business and project development, we are well known for our strategic facilitation skills and energetic presentation style. We have significant experience in the delivery of training workshops for groups and organisations, and this is complemented by Kerry's appointment as an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management in SA (AFAIM), membership of the Institute for Learning Professionals (AILF) and membership of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).
