TALLAROOK PRIMARY SCHOOL’S VISION

At Tallarook Primary School, we focus on providing our students, authentic learning experiences, which develop well adjusted individuals who strive to achieve their full potential in a dynamic, caring and supportive classroom, where they are exposed to exemplary teaching practices, that are supported by evidence based and empirically supported learning programs.

All of our students are provided rich engaging opportunities to build their understanding of wellbeing and develop their emotional intelligence. Our teachers work closely with our school community and students to create safe, challenging and engaging learning spaces, in which our students are provided opportunities to consolidate, extend and reflect on their learning journeys. Students are provided opportunities through our Programs of Inquiry to take ownership of their own learning and collaborate with staff to develop engaging and challenging learning opportunities.
