The Police Commissioner has indicated that there will be other restrictions in place at the conclusion of the 6-day lockdown, but no details have been released as yet.
We understand that these restrictions will be hard on our entire community, but we support the swift action which will allow SA to conduct thorough contact tracing and get control of the outbreak. We would like to encourage you all to approach the new restrictions with calmness and understanding.
Please remember that the BGWA team will continue to work (from home) throughout this period and are available to assist you. We encourage you to reach out should you need any assistance.
We will continue to provide updates as official information becomes available.
