This time we are hosting Christmas in July Trivia.

Our movie night is here.

As promised the amazing events team have worked their magic and our first event is coming for the kiddies.

There has been a lot of excitement for this night and we are hoping to get a good crowd supporting the ladies working behind the scenes and to continue bringing events to locals and surrounding areas.

Drop in sessions for Tarago on the proposed Solar farm.

Mint Renewables - is a developer, owner and operator of renewable energy and storage projects.

Mint is proposing to develop a solar farm with an associated battery energy storage system (BESS), located about 6 km south west of Tarago and 17 km north east of Bungendore in the Southern Tablelands region.

We are in the early stages of development and are investigating an area of about 750 hectares for the new solar farm. The final project footprint will be shaped by planning and environmental considerations, grid requirements, the selected technologies, and feedback from stakeholders and the community. The Magpie Hill Solar Farm is expected to have a capacity of approximately 360 megawatts (MW), along with a 1,440 megawatt hour (MWh) BESS.

Join us at our upcoming community information drop‑in sessions in late February to learn more about the project and meet our project team.

One of our very own local Tarago cowboys Matthew Sturgiss is heading over to America to represent Australia and our Tarago community in the All Stars Bull Riding event for over 40s. Matt has been a bull rider for over 20 years and this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to show the world his determination and grit as a Aussie cowboy. Last night at the monthly local pub gig, Luke O’shea dedicated his unreleased song to this Cowboy. Let’s get behind Matt for this coming weekend… we will be cheering you on from Australia - Go and ride em cowboy.

Update on Pilates :)

We have 5 people registered which means we need 5 more for the classes to go ahead.

For anyone registered so far, once you purchase the pass you will then need to book the individual classes. The code on the pass will let you book without needing to pay again.

Let’s get this off the ground so the people currently registered can enjoy their sessions.

EOI Pilates 🙂

Looking for people interested in Pilates, Approx Start Monday 14th October 6pm.

Classes $30 per session or $25 when purchasing an 8 class pass.

The October start date will give us 10 weeks to the end of the year (mid December), that way if someone misses a week they can still use full 8 classes. For those that commit to an 8 week pass and want to come along for the last 2 weeks you’ll be able to pay $25 for the two remaining weeks.

No equipment required this is all provided by teacher.

If there isn’t enough interest, people who have registered and paid will receive a refund.
