🫒Extra virgin olive oil in tribute to the fifth generation of the Pons family.

An oil produced between September and October, exclusively from early-harvest Arbequina olives from our L'Albagés estate, at an altitude of 500 meters.

It is an extra virgin olive oil made with green olives that is characterized by its fruitiness and liveliness.

An oil with a spicy finish, cold-milled in the Pons family's mill on the estate. Its potency is ideal for enjoying raw on toast and bread with tomato.
