Many thanks to the generous funding support from Bannockburn & District Grants Inc, the Teesdale Community Hall has been able to replace its previously out-of-date defibrillator unit with a new ZOLL automatic AED unit. Thanks again B&DG Inc for supporting our community.

(Bannockburn and District Grants Inc is a community company established for the benefit of every Bannockburn and District resident. They receive dividends from the Bendigo Bank and distribute these funds via grants and sponsorships into the community)

Advising that the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) typically located at the Teesdale Community Hall has been removed pending replacement (subject to sourcing funding assistance).

“Recovery to Resilience, Community Emergency Management”
Council is hosting workshops across the Shire. The workshops are free and welcome all members of the community. They aim to empower local communities and individuals with the skills and knowledge to prepare and recover from future emergency events and establish Community Recovery Hubs.

The next workshop will be held at the following location:

Teesdale Community Hall, Thursday 20 June 6-8pm

Thanks to Bendigo Bank Bannockburn and District Community Grants, the hall now has a noticeboard!

The noticeboard is for all the community to use.

If you wish to post a notice, we ask that it is A4 size or smaller. The key for access to the notice board is in the defibrillator box alongside.

Bendigo Bank Bannockburn and District Community Grants are based off the number of pledged accounts for the Bannockburn bank branch. If you want to support more Bendigo Bank Bannockburn and District Community Grants into our community, simply pop into the Bannockburn bank branch and pledge your Bendigo Bank account. 🐇 Geelong Landcare Network and the Golden Plains Shire will present a Rabbit Management Workshop at Teesdale Community Hall on Saturday 18 November from 10am to 2.30pm.

Come along to learn all about rabbits and their management with an information-sharing and in-field practical demonstration.
