EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST – CATERING

The 2026 Total Asphalt Off Road Racing is coming to Three Springs, and we’re looking for individuals, businesses and community groups interested in providing catering across the race weekend! 🍳🍔

📅 Catering opportunities include:

🍽️ Friday 25 September – Dinner
🍳 Saturday 26 September – Breakfast
🍽️ Saturday 26 September – Dinner
🍳 Sunday 27 September – Breakfast
🍽️ Sunday 27 September – Dinner

You don’t need to cater for the entire weekend.
Expressions of Interest are welcome for one or multiple meal times.

This could be a great fundraising opportunity for a local club or community group, or a chance for local caterers and businesses to get involved in a busy weekend in Three Springs.

The Shire is aware of several bee swarms around town.
Please be careful and keep an eye out for bee swarms.
If you see a new swarm, please let the Shire know so we can put up warning signs.
We are arranging for the bees to be safely removed soon.
