✨ What to expect:
πŸ”Ή Start part-time in a Level 1 role from May 2026
πŸ”Ή Build core skills like communication, Microsoft Office & financial literacy
πŸ”Ή After 6 months, progress to a Level 2 role for 12 months (with potential full-time opportunities)
πŸ”Ή Gain hands-on experience across key business areas
πŸ”Ή Receive monthly one-on-one support with a Youth Coordinator (goal setting, career planning & more)

Delivered in partnership with Shell's QGC business, the Indigenous Scholarships Program supports First Nations students studying in the above fields.

Through this program, students are guided by First Nations mentors and are provided with industry networking and leadership opportunities.

Priority will be given for Indigenous applicants studying Shell QCG related disciplines and Indigenous applicants from Traditional Owner Groups in Shell’s QGC operational footprint.
