For your convenience, we open for extended hours during the week, but do not open Sat. EXCEPT for the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas. We also manage the Westpac In-Store located right next door for all your transactional bankiing. Get away from the busy traffic areas, and come to

the Post Office with the best view, and the best parking. Plenty of parking available out the back - entry via Freshwater Street.

CHECK IT OUT!! Have you been to Torquay Post Office lately? If not, you will not recognise the place. We have extended in the space where Westpac used to be, and done major renovations. Bigger, brighter and better. HUGE range of gifts now. Support local business....keep us in mind for Fathers Day (not far away) and (sorry...but it's also not far away...) Christmas.

Torquay Post Office would like to advise their customers that the Westpac In-Store (agency) next door, which was under their management, closed its doors permanently on Friday May 29th. Please note this closure was not the decision of the Post Office. However, Westpac customers will now be able to withdraw (up to $1000) and deposit to any account they have card and pin access to, through the Bank @ Post system available at Aust. Post offices.
We wish Kathy,( who was the full time employee in the Banking side) all the best in the future, and her search for new employment. Please feel free to respond to this post with any job opportunities you think may be suitable for Kathy, and we will pass on to her on your behalf.
We look forward to continuing to serve as many of the customers (who utilised the Westpac In-Store) as possible in Torquay Post Office, and welcome any new customers through our doors.

Its December everybody! Only 3 weeks until Christmas. Don't forget to support small business and shop locally where possible. Come and see a great range of gifts here at Torquay Post Office, and get all your posting done as well, away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping precinct. Heaps of parking out in the rear carpark, or in Freshwater St (carpark entry via Freshwater st).
