👏𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗞 & 𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗛 | 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬👏
2022 Kirwan State High School graduate, Mia, has found her place with the NEM Group.
After graduating, Mia transitioned straight into the workforce, taking on a variety of roles and building valuable skills and experience through her own hard work, determination and dedication.
With Link and Launch support available to graduates for up to three years after finishing school, Mia remained eligible to access additional guidance and support. In March 2025, Mia connected with our Link and Launch Coordinator to explore new opportunities and pathways.
Through the strong partnership between Kirwan State High School and NEM Group, an exciting opportunity emerged. Thanks to great networking and Mia's readiness to take the next step, she was able to seize the opportunity when it arose.
Today, Mia is thriving in a full-time administration role with NEM Group, where she is continuing to learn, grow and develop her career in a supportive and positive environment.
