Had the first play with the brigades new TEWT (tactical exercise without troops) kit purchased through Bushfire model in Western Australia.

A great resource for everyone present tonight ranging from 1st night through to 30 years service including a visit from on shift FRV crew to have a look

A basic scenario to just start wetting the lips of members to get them thinking about a range of topics.

We will have our Salvage Vehicle on display at the Latrobe City Council Volunteer Expo tomorrow morning in conjunction with the Farmers Market.

We will have a limited supply of Captain Koala teddies available for purchase.

A shout out to our volunteer brothers and sisters in orange for today is WOW day.

A quick response this morning for crews when paged to two separate car crashes. One out on the highway and one on old Melbourne road.

Fortunately no persons trapped or seriously injured at either event.

Crews from Traralgon, Traralgon West, FRV, Victoria Police, Ambulance Vic and VicSES attended.

Recently the brigade held elections for the 2026-2028 period for our volunteers who will step up and help ensure even more success for the brigade into the future.

These election results are subject to CFA ACFO approval and will not take effect until 1 July 2026.
