Congratulations to Mayson Henning for winning this week's Resilience Award after having a head clash with another student and responding with a "I'm okay, I don't need an ice pack...im going to practise my resilience!" And then making sure the other person was okay. What a champion!! Great job Mayson.

At L.R.P.S, we proudly acknowledge National Reconciliation Week a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to reconciliation in Australia.

This year’s theme, “All In,” reminds us that reconciliation is everyone’s responsibility and that meaningful change happens when we all work together with respect, understanding and action.

We just wanted to say a huge thankyou to our school community for the fantastic effort, raising a massive 948 cans to donate to the St Vinnies Foodbank.

Well done to 1/ 2J who raised the most cans!

Ian and Charlie (pictured) from the Traralgon Central Rotary Club were very impressed by our school's efforts and are looking forward to dropping the cans at the foodbank.

Once again a huge thankyou to everyone who raided their pantries to donate cans. ❤️
