Major Fire Safety Reforms Are Coming to NSW – Are You Ready? 🚨

From July 1, 2025, only qualified Fire Safety Practitioners will be allowed to certify buildings in NSW. This marks the biggest change in building fire safety in decades, and building owners, managers, and strata agents need to be prepared.

If your building has mechanical air handling systems, sprinklers, EWIS, or smoke hazard management systems, you need to ensure your Fire Safety Practitioner is properly accredited, especially for Level 2 assets.

👉 Many buildings are at risk of non-compliance due to a shortage of qualified practitioners.
