On-call firefighters are ordinary citizens that live and work in our community.

🧑‍🎄🧑‍🎄🎅Sunday 21st December from 3pm Santa will be driven around the parks of Tweed heads. 🧑‍🎄🧑‍🎄🎅🎅

We will have our lights and sirens on when stopping which will let everyone know that Santa is on his way.

We look forward to seeing you on Santa’s trip around the area.

Parks we will be stopping at from 3pm:
Starting at:

🎅1st -Clarrie Englert park (west tweed)
🎅2nd -Arkinstall park
🎅3rd- PCYC Park Recreational park
🎅4th-The new Goorimahbah park/Jack evans park.

We ask you to remain inside the park, santa will be walking straight inside parks NOT staying outside fenced areas.

We are an emergency service so can get called away at any time, we will always do our best to come back if we can, but somethings are beyond our control.🌲🧑‍🎄🎅🤶

🔥 HAZARD REDUCTION NOTIFICATION: 🔥

FIRE AND RESCUE NSW wishes to advise residents that Fire and Rescue NSW is planning to conduct a Hazard Reduction burn in your local area.

The works are planned to be conducted at;

Pioneer Country HR 98 Fraser Drive South Tweed Heads, NSW 2486 AU

The burn will be scheduled for Wednesday, 8 October 2025 between the times of
9:00am-6 :00pm
The operation will depend on suitable weather conditions.
