Meet Brad Marson — farmer, CFA Captain, and Vice President of the CFA Volunteers Group. Brad’s the kind of bloke who believes volunteer voices shouldn’t just be heard… they should echo all the way to the decision-making table.
When Brad’s in the room, you can be sure of two things: volunteers will be well represented, and the conversation will be honest, direct, and probably a bit lively. He’s passionate about making sure the people who turn out in the heat, dust, and smoke actually have a say in the future of the organisation they serve.
That’s exactly why CFAVG meetings exist to make sure volunteer perspectives shape the direction of CFA.
