Why haven't Twitter banned this person? Why don't media call these people out?

If the Greens or a Labor member had this type of threat made against them, there would be outrage.

This post has been reported to Twitter, but I suspect they're too busy monitoring Trumps tweets instead of looking into this type of abuse.
