Palngun Wurnangat Aboriginal Corporation Palngun Wurnangat Assoc. (PWA) is an independently owned Aboriginal women’s organisation based in Wadeye, Northern Territory.

PWA oversees a range of community-based projects designed to preserve and promote Aboriginal culture and tradition, whilst developing self-sustaining businesses and programs run by, and for, all aboriginal people within the community. Palngun Wurnangat means ‘women all together‘, or ‘all the women here‘ in Murrinhpatha – the main language spoken in the Thamarrurr region. The Thamarrurr region is a

pproximately 380kms South-West of Darwin and extends from Daly River to the Western Australian border in the Joseph Bonaparte Gulf.
