City of Wanneroo Childhood and Youth Services COW Youth offer a wide range of activities, events, information, and support services tailored specifically for children, young people, and their families.

The team is made up of three sub-teams; Childhood Development, Youth Development and Youth Services. The Youth Services team:
* Delivers drop-in services at the City’s four Youth Centres, with Summer and Winter

* Delivers an outreach service to various public spaces and parks in the City of Wanneroo; and

The Youth Development team:
* Supports young people aged 9 – 25 to connect with local services.
* Co-chairs the Joondalup and Wanneroo Services (JAWS) youth network; and
* Coordinates a number of different youth development initiatives including the Youth Leadership Program. The Childhood Development team:
* Supports parents and children pre-birth to 8 years old;
* Leads the Wanneroo and Surrounds Early Years (WASEY) network;
* Connects local families with organisations and services in the child’s developmental journey; and
