FAQS - MOTHERS DAY STALL - SALES CLOSING MONDAY AFTERNOON!
Here are some answers to our most common questions:
💵 Can I send cash on the day?
Yes, we accept both cash and card. However, each year some students misplace their money or spend it at the canteen—gift tokens are a great way to avoid this! 🎟️
🎟️ Can my child purchase multiple gifts?
Yes! You can purchase multiple tokens online for $5 or $10 gifts, including Grandma tokens 💐 We do try to encourage children to use the tokens as intended (e.g. Mum for Mum), however this doesn’t always happen. Please have a quick chat with your child on the morning so they know the plan! 😊
If your child insists on buying a “Mum” gift for Grandma, we won’t stop them, we do our best, but these little humans can be stubborn cookies 🍪
🛍️ When will students visit the stall?
Classes will attend during school time with their teachers. Students love taking their time choosing the perfect gift—and their excitement is priceless! 💖 We always hear some wonderful stories about why Mum needs that special mug or wine glass! 🍷☕
🤒 What if my child is away or sick?
We usually have leftover items available at the Mother’s Day Breakfast, so students can still come along and choose a gift then. 🥐
🎒 How will my child carry their items home?
Please send a bag with your child so they can safely pack their goodies.
❗ What if I forget to send money on the day?
Please reach out to the P&C directly via Facebook Messenger or at [email protected] to discuss available options such as payment over the phone with the P&C.
💲 What if I purchase a $10 token - does my child have to buy a $10 gift?
We’ll direct students with $10 tokens to the $10 table first. However, if they don’t find the perfect gift, they can choose 2 x $5 items instead, giving them more choice (because they know Mum best! 🥰)
