Weโre look for an enthusiastic and hardworking Parks & Gardens โ General Hand to join our friendly Works Team. In this hands-on role, youโll play an important part in keeping our community beautiful by helping to deliver the Shires gardening programs, including the maintenance and presentation of parks, gardens and sporting surfaces.

We offer excellent employee benefits, including a nine-day fortnight, ongoing training and development, and the chance to contribute to meaningful local projects that directly benefit our community. This position has been created to support the Shireโs existing works team and address a current workforce gap. The role will be employed under the Shire of Waroona Outside Workforce Enterprise Agreement Level 3 to 4 ($32.70 to $34.56 per hr +25% casual loading), dependent on skills and experience.
