Lifeline Direct is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Network and Shared Services team. This vital role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact within one of Australia's most trusted organisations.

As the General Manager, you will oversee and enhance our network operations and shared services, driving strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and organisational efficiency.

We seek a proven leader with demonstrated experience (at least 5 years) in leading large and diverse teams in mental health operations, preferably in a large, complex, dynamic organisation. Your ability to think critically, lead teams, and drive innovation will be crucial for your success in this role.
