40 kilometres. Three days. One team.
Last week 3rd Close Health Company conquered some of the most remote and unforgiving sections of South Australia’s iconic Heysen Trail, pushing through steep climbs, heavy loads, and long days to build the resilience required of Close Health soldiers.
Working in small teams to overcome big obstacles, the activity developed the physical, intellectual, and professional fortitude required to support any dependency, in any environment.
Exercise Scoliosis Stretch reinforced that capability is not built in comfort - it is forged through hardship, teamwork, and shared purpose, allowing us to thrive in adversity.
