UPDATE: Thanks for sharing, she has now been reunited with her family.
Are you missing this very friendly, family member?
She was found wandering in Exton this afternoon wearing a collar however unfortunately there was no identification tag. She is an elderly female wirehaired pointer type dog.
She does have a microchip, but the details have not been updated. If you can help us find her home, please give us a call on 6393 5300

🚜 Road Shoulder Spraying - Rural Areas

Meander Valley Council advises that roadside shoulder spraying is expected to commence from Monday 21 September across rural roads within the municipality.

The program forms part of Council's annual road maintenance activities and is expected to cover approximately 500 kilometres of rural road network over a six-week period, subject to weather conditions.

Roadside areas that are regularly maintained by adjoining property owners, such as mown road frontages, will not be sprayed.

Property owners who do not wish to have roadside spraying undertaken adjacent to their property can contact Council on 6393 5300 to have their property added to Council's No Spray Register. Property owners who have previously registered do not need to register again.

🌱 Spring oval renovations are underway! 🌱

With spring now here, our Works teams will be carrying out major renovations on seven sports fields across the municipality over the coming weeks to ensure high-quality playing surfaces for the year ahead.

The works will include:
βœ… Verti-draining
βœ… Coring and harvesting
βœ… Scarifying
βœ… Seeding
βœ… Top dressing
βœ… Fertilising

This important annual maintenance is timed to coincide with the transition from winter sports to summer activities and is essential for the long-term health of our community sporting grounds.

To give the new turf the best chance to establish, a four-week growing period is required. We ask all sporting groups and community members to please stay off the fields during the closure periods.
