I’m touching base with you to express my appreciation in the way you conducted the process of my Mum’s service. Starting with dealing our initial contact via teams meeting. How you managed to understand and capture the essence of Mum - V and our family’s dynamics from a few short hours astounds me.
Your guidance and experience in constructing Mum’s service seemed effortless. Even our face to face meeting in Toowoomba was one of ease and comfort while you dealt with all the emotional undertones. You adapted and adjusted to what you
observed and felt from the congregation on the day and that is an outstanding skill.
Your compassion, professionalism and calm persona that you showed to my family and myself is something I’ll always remember and I’m grateful for.
In closing, Janice, my words feel inadequate but are heartfelt and I’ve tried to express just some of what I feel.
